Job Summary

Duties
- Greet visitors and answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and customer support.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments.
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and ensure document integrity.
- Utilize office management software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for administrative tasks including calendar management and bookkeeping.
- Support office management activities by coordinating supplies, maintaining organizational systems, and assisting with general clerical duties.
- Provide administrative assistance to team members or executives as needed, including personal assistant responsibilities such as calendar management and travel arrangements.
- Handle customer service inquiries efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions.
Skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy with strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
- Experience with QuickBooks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong typing skills along with keen attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks.
- Exceptional phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing customer support.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
- Prior office experience or clerical experience is preferred; familiarity with medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus.
