Position Summary:
Reviewing and distributing work orders to Shipping Floor conferring with Shipping Supervisor to determine progress of work and completion times.
Position Responsibilities:
Effective Time Management, Organizational And Planning Skills Are Essential
Critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills
Ability to work within a team or independently as needed
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Computer experience with MS Office
Position Qualifications:
Education: HS graduate or equivalent required
Experience: 1 years of prior warehouse shipping experience
Experience In Shipping Scheduling Environment Preferred

Constantly - 6 hours: Stand, Walk, Twist/Turn, Stoop/Bend, Squat, Kneel
Repetitively – 6 hours: Lift to 75 lbs., team lift up to 110 lbs.
Occasionally - 1 to 6 hrs.: Reach above shoulders.
Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer

Position Summary:

- Dispatch tickets to floor on a daily basis.
- Maintain dispatch log for accuracy.
- Invoicing process including, tripping, logging and ship confirm.
- Dock assistance; driving, wrapping, banding and tagging skids.
- Assist UPS; pull orders as needed.
- Pull Freight orders as needed.
- Assist Customer Service Technicians as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
