Job Summary
Fox Enterprise, LLC is proud to offer a federally recognized, two-year Registered Apprenticeship Program for aspiring Construction Craft Laborers. this earn-while-you learn program is a gateway in the construction industry with nationally portable credentials and structured mentorship on a federally contracted job site at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.

What you'll learn & Benefits
This apprenticeship combines on-the-job training (4000hours) and 309 hours of classroom instruction. You'll gain skills and certifications in:
- Construction site preparation, trenching and compacting
- Operating hand and power tools, compressors and mixers
- Reading blueprints and layout work
- Installing green-certified materials and erosion controls
- Safety protocols including OSHA 30, forklift operation, trenching equipment and elevated work
- Pipe installation, equipment cleaning and maintenance
- Assisting geothermal drillers, HVAC techs and heavy equipment operators
Upon completion, apprentices receive a nationally recognized Journeyman Credential in the Construction Craft laborer trade.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license is mandatory
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must be physically able to perform essential construction duties
- Strong work ethics and willingness to learn in a field-based setting
Schedule and Commitment
- Duration: 2 years
- Time Commitment: 40 hours/ week, full-time
- Includes both field work at Fort Bragg and required classroom instruction outside of the OTJ training
- Must be available for scheduled training and safety courses
