What are the responsibilities and job description for the TELLER I - BILINGUAL position at Fox Communities Credit Union?
We currently have a career opportunity for a full-time Bilingual Teller at our Main Street branch in Green Bay!
The Bilingual Teller creates a positive first impression and establishes strong member relationships, processes member transactions, and assists members with account maintenance and problem resolution.
The primary responsibilities of the Bilingual Teller role include but are not limited to:
- Promoting and upholding the Fox Mission, Purpose, Vision, and Values
- Processing basic and advanced member transactions and account maintenance confidentially, accurately, and efficiently, and assisting members with problem resolution
- Building member relationships by uncovering member needs, providing overall education, suggesting products and services, and directing members to other credit union representatives as appropriate
Candidates for the Bilingual Teller position should possess:
- One to twelve months of similar or related experience is a plus
- Ability to speak and translate fluent English and Spanish is required for this position
- Previous cash handling or teller experience is preferred
- Knowledge of credit union products and services is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible availability, including rotating Saturdays
- Working knowledge of computers and ten-key data entry skills required
Ideal candidates will have flexible availability, which will include Saturdays, be passionate about member/customer service and thrive in a team and results oriented environment.
Branch hours: Mon.-Fri. 8am-5:30pm, Sat. 9am-12pm
