JOB REQUIREMENTS: We currently have a career opportunity for a full-time
Bilingual Teller/Member Service Representative at our Main Street branch
in Green Bay! The Bilingual Teller/Member Service Representative creates
a positive first impression and establishes strong member relationships,
processes member transactions, assists members with account maintenance
and problem resolution, uncovers member needs while opening new
accounts, and educates members on credit union products and services.
The Primary Responsibilities Of The Bilingual Teller/Member Service
Representative role include but are not limited to: Promoting and
upholding the Fox Mission, Purpose, Vision, and Values Processing basic
and advanced member transactions and account maintenance confidentially,
accurately, and efficiently, and assisting members with problem
resolution including: CD maintenance Sub accounts Member disputes
Fraudulent transactions Credit report reviews New account maintenance
IRAs and HSAs Opening new accounts with knowledge of account ownership,
authorized signers, and supporting documentation required for all
accounts, including business, trust, estate, guardianship, custodial,
hardship, and representative payee accounts Asking probing questions to
identify member needs, educate members on financial services, cross sell
credit union products and services, and direct members to other credit
union representatives when appropriate Candidates for the Teller/Member
Service Representative position should possess: One to three years of
similar or related experience is a plus Previous cash handling or teller
experience is preferred Knowledge of credit union products and services
is a plus Excellent attention to detail Excellent written and verbal
communication skills Flexible availability, including rotating Saturdays
Working knowledge of computers and ten-key data entry skills required
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to
prioritize work and meet deadlines The ability to speak and translate
fluent Spanish and English is required. Ideal candidates will have
flexible availability, which will include Saturdays, be passionate about
member/customer service and thrive in a team and results oriented
