Job Overview
Fox Barn Winery is seeking friendly and enthusiastic individuals to join our team for the 2026 season (May-October. Both full-time and part-time opportunities available.)
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, answer questions about our wine selections, and provide recommendations.
Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner.
Table Maintenance: Keep tables clean and presentable, ensuring that guests have everything they need throughout their visit.
Payment Handling: Process payments accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to ensure smooth operation and high-quality services
Other Duties as Assigned
Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred, but not required.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment.
