Customer Service Representative (Marion)
The customer service representative will be responsible for answering calls, directing callers to the correct department, and help the customer by being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve a customer’s problem. Must be willing to listen, learn, and resolve any customer inquiry that crosses your desk.
Customer Service Job Duties and Responsibilities
Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, texts, and/or interactive voice response systems
Able to think fast, find answers, and respond quickly to customer issues, all with a polite, empathic, and professional voice and manner
Maintain our Sales Team calendar by scheduling appointments and working closely with sales to finalize the sales process by typing sales proposals, scheduling sales installs with the customer and any follow up calls.
Ability to memorize, recall, or research answers quickly
Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
Record, organize and file customer interactions and profile/account changes
General office duties such as mailings, filing and supply ordering.
Customer Service Job Requirements and Qualifications
Lear our operating system to be able to assist dispatcher with scheduling routine maintenance appointments, answer customer questions regarding appointments or to take payments.
High school degree or equivalent
Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
Excellent at communicating over the phone and handling phone systems
Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents or updating customer profiles/accounts
Able to concentrate on multiple problems at once
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Ability to answer the phone, listen actively, relay information, and type basic information simultaneously
Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
