- Maintain organised records, office supplies, and a clean, welcoming environment
- Support the doctor with office operations as needed
- Help set the tone and pace for an efficient, energetic, and positive office atmosphere
Who You Are:
- Friendly, kind, and naturally service-oriented — you genuinely enjoy helping others
- Energetic and reliable, able to multitask and stay composed under pressure
- Professional in appearance and demeanour, reflecting the healthy, active lifestyle we encourage in our patients
- Organised and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of initiative
- A team player who takes pride in their work and can also take charge when needed
- Passionate about wellness and inspired by helping others improve their health and quality of life
- Excellent at following instructions with exactness and precision
Requirements:
- Previous administrative, front desk, or customer service experience (healthcare, wellness, or fitness environment preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Computer and phone proficiency (scheduling software and payment processing experience are a plus)
- A positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and enthusiasm for health and wellness
- Professionalism in conduct as well as in communication with patients
Why Join Our Team:
- Supportive, female-led environment where teamwork and growth are encouraged
- Free access to all wellness services, including red light therapy
- Opportunities for additional hours and advancement as the clinic grows
- A rewarding role helping others transform their health and quality of life
