We are looking for an organized, adaptable Office Administrative Assistant to help keep daily operations running smoothly.Responsibilities• Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones and directing calls professionally.• Welcome and assist office visitors.• Support day-to-day office needs and internal requests.• Manage office supply orders and inventory.• Provide administrative support to Property Managers and Portfolio Assistants.• Assist the Project Manager with work orders for Building Engineers.• Learn and support accounts payable tasks using multiple accounting systems.• Support the Insurance Manager with COI validation and monitoring insurance programs.• Act as a customer service liaison for tenants and vendors.• Be open to developing new skills in commercial real estate property management with future growth potential.Qualifications• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).• Strong written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.• A positive, flexible, and team-oriented approach.Benefits (Full-time)• Health, dental, and vision insurance• Life insurance• Paid time off• Retirement planApply NowIf you’re ready to join a supportive team and contribute to a well-established company, apply now to be considered.#hc209882
