Fouzi Inc, a sales and development firm, is seeking a Business Development Associate to join our sales team in Lyndhurst. The Business Development Associate plays a crucial part in supporting our Verizon FiOS internet customers, helping to ensure that our customers receive top-notch service and support. The Business Development Associate will eventually lead the sales team, ensure customer satisfaction, and assist with sales and service inquiries.
As a Business Development Associate, you’ll benefit from training that focuses on the human side of fiber technology. The Business Development Associate will support the sales team, engage customers to review their internet needs and present sales options for a better Verizon FiOS service. We’ll also teach the Business Development Associate how to use a personal touch to drive sales results that benefit the customers and their budget during every account update.
Core Functions of the Business Development Associate
- Assist the team with customer outreach by explaining FiOS Internet options and answering basic service questions.
- Support sales conversations by sharing clear, friendly explanations of FiOS price‑lock benefits.
- Keep customer records organized to help the team provide timely follow-up and quality service.
- Help identify households that may benefit from FiOS Internet, supporting overall sales momentum.
- Build trust through warm, direct communication that strengthens long‑term customer relationships.
- Ensure each customer support interaction feels personal, helpful, and aligned with FiOS’s reliability.
Education & Experience Needed for the Business Development Associate
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in management or sales is a plus.
- Basic data entry and administrative skills, with the ability to quickly learn sales systems.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Eagerness to participate in ongoing sales training and development programs.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
