As we continue to expand our customer base and support increasingly complex deployments, we are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to lead Workforce Management and Back Office implementations from discovery through go-live. This is a customer-facing, delivery-focused individual contributor role within our Professional Services organization.
The Role
This position owns the successful implementation of Fourth’s Workforce Management and Back Office solutions across hospitality and retail environments.
You will partner with customers, Project Managers, and internal technical teams to translate operational requirements into clean system configuration, coordinated integrations, and successful go-live outcomes.
This role is focused on implementation execution. It does not include ongoing account management or post-go-live support ownership.

What You Will Do
- Lead customer discovery sessions to understand operational workflows and system requirements
- Configure Workforce Management and back-office systems aligned to documented best practices
- Coordinate integrations with payroll, POS, ERP, and related systems
- Support data validation, parallel testing, and user acceptance readiness
- Partner with Project Managers to ensure delivery milestones are met within scope and timeline
- Facilitate customer workshops and training sessions
- Maintain accurate implementation documentation
- Escalate scope, integration, or data risks appropriately
- 4 years of experience implementing SaaS solutions in a client-facing capacity
- Experience configuring systems that impact labor, payroll, inventory, or operational workflows
- Exposure to multi-location or enterprise customer environments
- Familiarity with integration concepts and data validation processes
- Experience leading customer discovery sessions and facilitating training or workshops
- Ability to manage multiple implementations within defined scope and timelines
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Implementations delivered on time and within defined scope
- Clean configuration and validated data prior to go-live
- Clear communication and proactive risk management
- Strong customer adoption at launch
- Adherence to established delivery methodology
