We are seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst with strong experience in Service Cloud, excellent communication skills, and solid technical understanding.

  • Requirement gathering & documentation
  • Stakeholder management

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements
  • Convert requirements into functional specifications
  • Work with technical teams for implementation
  • Support testing and deployment
