Testing and Compliance Coordinator

Our client, a long-established and fast-growing consumer products company with an extensive licensed brand portfolio, is seeking a Testing & Compliance Coordinator to join their team. This role plays a key part in ensuring all products meet licensor, customer, and regulatory standards across both domestic and international accounts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and experienced in product testing protocols, factory audits, and compliance requirements within the consumer goods space.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate all required product testing to meet licensor, retailer, and regulatory standards

• Ensure compliance with customer-specific testing protocols for domestic and international markets

• Liaise directly with third-party testing labs to manage submissions, reports, and approvals

• Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of all testing programs

• Manage factory audit schedules and requirements, including Disney FAMA audits

• Ensure all manufacturing partners maintain active and compliant certifications

• Support FOB shipment compliance and required documentation

• Oversee all licensor-related compliance, including product approvals, sample submissions, and adherence to licensing agreements

• Coordinate with the finance team on quarterly royalty reconciliations

• Partner with an overseas virtual assistant for administrative and clerical support

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in product testing, compliance, or quality assurance within consumer goods (textiles, housewares, HBA, baby, home, or related categories preferred)

• Strong understanding of testing protocols, compliance standards, and lab processes

• Experience facilitating factory audits and managing licensor or retailer requirements

• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, licensors, retailers, labs, and manufacturing partners

• Comfort balancing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
