Responsibilities
- Manage day to day client business for assigned clients
- Be the liaison between clients and buyers
- Strategize outgoing pitches, field incoming requests, negotiations, and project manage deals.
- Research, Pursue and sign new talent
- Support in management and ideas for all agency talent
Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in Talent Management
- Experience working with both clients and buyers
- Existing network of professionals and tastemakers, as well as buyers across industry
- Experience pitching, fielding, and negotiating deals, including a basic knowledge of the relevant legal principals
- Strong knowledge of the entertainment, fashion, and media industries
- Best-in-class communication and an entrepreneurial approach
Salary Range: $80,000-100,000
