Quality Assurance Coordinator, Apparel - Secaucus, NJ

Our client, a fashion brand, is looking for a Temporary Quality Assurance Coordinator to join their team in Secaucus, New Jersey.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the VP/QA team
• Assist with the preparation, organization, tracking, and submission of TOP (Top of Production) samples.
• Support completion and maintenance of TOP forms, QA forms, testing documentation, trackers, and other required records.
• Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets, charts, reports, summaries, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Organize and maintain accurate records of samples, submissions, approvals, testing, and related documentation.
• Follow up with internal teams, suppliers, mills, and factories to obtain required samples, information, forms, and documentation.
• Track outstanding items and deadlines and proactively follow up to help ensure timely completion.
• Assist with compiling information for management reporting, meetings, retailer requirements, and QA reviews.
• Coordinate multiple projects and priorities while maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Support general departmental administrative activities and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textiles, Quality Management, Production, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in apparel quality or color management
• Experience supporting programs for major retailers such as Walmart, Target, Costco, or other national retailers.
• Familiarity with TOP submissions, product testing, quality assurance processes, and production documentation.
• Experience working with color and color-management experience
