About the Job

Our client, an everyday high-growth jewelry brand, is seeking a Part-Time Sales Supervisor to support daily store operations and lead the team on the sales floor. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and enjoys balancing sales with operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling
• Act as a floor leader, driving sales performance and ensuring a strong customer experience
• Assist with team guidance, coaching, and maintaining a positive, collaborative environment
• Maintain visual standards, organization, and overall store presentation
• Support inventory management, stock organization, and loss prevention efforts
• Handle customer inquiries, transactions, and escalations with professionalism

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail experience, with prior keyholder or leadership exposure preferred
• Strong communication skills with a warm, approachable demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable supporting both sales and operational functions
• Spanish fluency required
• Availability for ~25–30 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
