Our Client, a luxury home and lifestyle brand, is seeking a Director of Wholesale to lead and expand retail partnerships. This role will drive revenue growth, strengthen key relationships, and shape the long-term channel strategy for the next phase of brand expansion. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in home, lifestyle, or consumer goods, combining strategic foresight with a hands-on, relationship-driven approach.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive wholesale strategy to increase revenue and expand market presence.
- Own top retail and hospitality relationships, driving joint business planning and long-term growth.
- Lead seasonal line reviews, assortment planning, and market presentations.
- Partner cross-functionally to optimize product mix, merchandising, and promotional strategy.
- Oversee sales forecasting, inventory planning, and fulfillment to ensure seamless execution.
- Analyze performance to identify trends, risks, and new opportunities.
- Build, mentor, and scale a best-in-class wholesale team.
- Implement systems and processes that enhance visibility, efficiency, and performance.
Who You Are
- 10 years of wholesale experience in home, lifestyle, or consumer goods.
- Proven ability to secure and grow major retail and hospitality accounts.
- Inspiring leader with a strategic, data-driven approach to sales growth.
- Exceptional relationship builder and negotiator with deep retail partnerships.
- Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
