About the Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Designer to join our accessories team. While this is technically a designer position, we’re looking for someone with the skills and leadership to operate at a more senior level—bringing innovation and fresh ideas while staying true to the brand’s identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop handbags, accessories from concept to final sample.
- Create detailed tech packs for sampling and production.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure product integrity and quality.
- Source and select appropriate fabrics, leathers, and materials.
- Utilize Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel for design presentations and development.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in handbag or small leather accessories design preferred.
- Will consider candidates with a strong apparel background (especially in kids or juniors) who have an impressive work history and portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication, construction, and production processes.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high design quality.
- Strong sense of style, trend awareness, and commercial market understanding.
