Our client, a luxury beauty brand, is seeking a Part-Time Beauty Sales Associate to join their team in Manhasset!
Responsibilities:
- Represent the brand’s heritage while delivering an intimate luxury boutique experience.
- Collaborate professionally with store teams, corporate partners, and VIP clientele.
- Drive business growth by meeting sales goals and key performance metrics.
- Use expert product knowledge and services to recruit, engage, and build lasting client relationships.
- Attend vendor trainings to stay current on launches and category updates.
- Maintain boutique standards, including stock organization, tester hygiene, and visual merchandising.
- Provide personalized product recommendations based on client lifestyle and preferences.
- Support omni-channel service and client outreach through follow-ups, replenishment, new launches, events, and makeup appointments.
- Resolve client concerns with professionalism and grace.
- Perform makeup applications as needed and participate in approved social media content when requested.
Qualifications:
- Strong luxury beauty retail experience — boutique and high-touch environments preferred.
- Skilled in makeup artistry; industry experience is highly desirable.
- Strong clienteling abilities and confidence in driving personal business.
- Self-motivated, polished, and capable of working independently within a luxury atmosphere.
