What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Dining Room Server position at FOURMIDABLE?
FOURMIDABLE is seeking a part-time (20-25 hours per week & available every other weekend), experienced Dining Room Server that is dynamic, organized and a self-starter to join our team at Brookhaven Manor Senior Living located in Ann Arbor, MI. **Must be available to work weekends.
FOURMIDABLE supports a balance between work and a personal life by providing employees with paid time off and holidays. Our paid holidays include New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Employees become eligible for paid time off the first of the month following 90 days of employment.
Tasks include:
- Serve daily meals to residents
- Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service
- Performs sanitary maintenance of the designated dining and kitchen areas
- Convey resident concerns and issues to Supervisor
The ideal candidate MUST be:
- Must possess Food Service related experience
- Must exhibit good communication skills
- Must have to ability to follow strict guidelines to insure compliance with T.F.G. Retirement Standards
- Must have exhibited effective service levels
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
