Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dishes while maintaining food safety standards and ensuring a smooth operation within the kitchen.
Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Manage food production for various services, including banquets and catering events.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and efficient workflow.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area.
- Assist in menu planning and development to enhance the dining experience.
- Participate in shift management, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently during service hours.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or in similar culinary roles within the food industry.
- Banquet experience is preferred, along with supervisory or team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and safety protocols.
- Experience in restaurant management or food service management is highly desirable.
- Culinary experience that includes cooking, inventory management, and menu planning is essential.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards of hospitality.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
