At Four Winds Chimney, we’re expanding into the Albany region and looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a Chimney Sweep / Sales Apprentice. This is a unique opportunity to learn a skilled trade while building a high-income sales career.
No prior chimney experience? No problem — we provide paid, hands-on training, including lodging during training in Victor, NY.
What You’ll Do
As a Chimney Sweep / Sales Apprentice, you’ll combine technical skill customer interaction to deliver exceptional service:
- Perform chimney sweeping, inspections, and basic diagnostics (interior & exterior)
- Educate homeowners on chimney safety, maintenance, and solutions
- Identify issues and recommend appropriate services/products
- Build trust with customers through honest, consultative communication
- Deliver outstanding customer service from start to finish
- Maintain accurate job notes and customer information
No cold calling — all leads are provided

Compensation & Benefits
$48,000 – $200,000 annually (uncapped earning potential)
