Key Responsibilities:
- Pulling parts for Service technicians
- Properly identify needed items using internet and parts catalogs
- Suggest additional parts and accessories for purchase
- Correctly billing parts to the proper repair order
- Pulling in stock items from inventory
- Completing all required documents before disbursing parts
- Enter all necessary information into inventory control system
- Provide updated information for stock orders
- Return all unsold merchandise back to stock
- Check in parts, match packing list to orders
- Put away received parts in proper bins/location
- Stocking and re-stocking parts inventory in our parts warehouse as needed
- Conducting periodic parts cycle count to reconcile in-stock inventory as needed
- Any other duties may be assigned by Parts Management
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Previous Parts Sales experience preferred
- Previous Truck Dealership experience is a plus
- Previous Experience in the Transportation Industry is preferred but not required
- Strong Computer skills including Microsoft & Previous Procede knowledge plus
