Nurse Practitioner (General Practice)
Four Squared Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our clients General Practice / Primary Care team in Lake Mary, Florida . The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all age groups, focusing on prevention, wellness, and the management of chronic and acute conditions.
Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: MondayFriday 9:00 a.m.5:00 p.m.
As an integral part of our care team, the NP will deliver high-quality clinical services while fostering long-term patient relationships and promoting community health.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments, physical exams, and preventive screenings.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses such as hypertension, general, diabetes, COPD, asthma, and thyroid disorders.
- Order and interpret laboratory tests, diagnostic studies, and imaging.
- Develop individualized treatment and management plans.
- Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions within state scope of practice.
- Provide patient education on disease prevention, lifestyle modification, and medication adherence.
- Perform routine in-office procedures (e.g., joint injections, immunizations, pap smears, wound care).
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and health promotion programs.
Qualifications
- Masters or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in [Insert State].
- National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care NP (AGNP).
- Minimum of 3years of primary care experience preferred.
