Adventure for every season awaits, complemented by luxurious guest rooms and onsite amenities.Responsibilities
- Prepare all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for the dining room, ensuring consistency with recipes and presentation standards.
- Pre-batch mixers, prep garnishes, and ensure mise en place is fully stocked before, during, and after service.
- operate the Beverage Trolley to offer table-side Old Fashioned service, delivering a personalized and interactive guest experience.
- Follow the state and city alcohol law while adhering to Four Seasons standards of service.
- Accurately read and prioritize drink tickets to maintain efficient flow of service.
- Monitor product usage, c omplete and submit Liquor Requests, uphold safety, sanitasion and cleanliness.
- Participate in regular beverage trainings , tastings, and menu updates.
- Complete additional side duties as needed.
- Working knowledge of the Micros system is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
- We are looking for individuals with excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
- 1-2 years Bartending experience in a luxury resort or fine dining.
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
