About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Tanning Salon Sales Associate to join our team! You’ll help customers choose the right tanning packages and products, maintain a clean and welcoming salon, and ensure every guest leaves feeling confident and refreshed.If you’re passionate about tanning, love talking with people, and enjoy sales, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with a warm, positive attitude. Explain tanning bed levels, packages, and products to help guests choose the best options. Promote and sell tanning packages, memberships, and lotions. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Clean and sanitize tanning beds and rooms after each use. Restock towels, cleaning supplies, and display products as needed. Maintain a neat, professional front desk and salon environment. Educate customers on safe tanning practices and skincare benefits. Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience (excluding fast food).Strong communication and customer service skills. Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. Comfortable with cleaning and maintaining tanning equipment. Able to work evenings and weekends as needed. Passion for tanning and helping others look and feel their best.
