Duties
- Greet clients warmly and professionally, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with stylists to optimize daily operations
- Handle phone inquiries with courteous and clear communication, providing information about services and availability
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system for processing payments, product sales, and upselling opportunities
- Assist with product demos, merchandising displays, and stock management to enhance client engagement
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, retail shelves, and product displays
- Support retail sales by recommending products and promoting special offers to clients
- Perform basic math for cash handling, balancing registers, and processing transactions accurately
Skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a bilingual environment if applicable
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service orientation to handle inquiries professionally
- Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and retail math for smooth transactions
- Supervising experience is a plus for managing daily front desk operations or assisting team members
