The Role
As a Lead Installer, you will perform HVAC installations while ensuring top-quality service and customer satisfaction. You will manage job sites, coordinate with team members, and deliver expert installation services in residential settings. This role offers a structured work schedule, predictable hours, and unlimited earning potential through performance pay and commission opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform HVAC installations with precision and efficiency

• Perform all duties required as part of the installation process
Required Qualifications
• Minimum one year experience as a Lead Installer
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good driving record
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs multiple times per shift
• Ability to climb ladders, crawl in attics or crawl spaces, and alternate sitting, standing, kneeling, or crawling as needed
• Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols
Compensation & Schedule

Work Environment
