The Role
As a Lead Installer, you will perform HVAC installations while ensuring top-quality service and customer satisfaction. You will manage job sites, coordinate with team members, and deliver expert installation services in residential settings. This role offers a structured work schedule, predictable hours, and unlimited earning potential through performance pay and commission opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
The work environment varies from driving in company vehicles to customer homes, with periodic stops at the office. Most time is spent in customer residences, where conditions may vary in temperature, space, and comfort levels.
Physical Demands
Employees must be able to lift 50 lbs multiple times per shift and may need to climb ladders, crawl in attics or crawl spaces, and alternate sitting, standing, kneeling, or crawling to perform essential installation duties.

- Perform HVAC installations with precision and efficiency
- Manage job sites and coordinate with team members
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism
- Follow all company safety protocols and guidelines
- Maintain company-issued tools, equipment, and uniforms
- Participate in continuing education and training opportunities
- Perform all duties required as part of the installation process
- Minimum one year experience as a Lead Installer
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good driving record
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs multiple times per shift
- Ability to climb ladders, crawl in attics or crawl spaces, and alternate sitting, standing, kneeling, or crawling as needed
- Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols
