Summary:
We’re hiring a dependable and hardworking Mower to join our team! This is a year-round position that includes lawn care, fall and spring cleanups, snow removal, and salting services in the winter. Responsibilities
- Perform routine lawn care including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
- Assist with landscaping tasks such as planting, weeding, mulching, and fertilizing.
- Handle seasonal tasks:
- Fall & spring cleanups
- Snow removal & salting during winter
- Operate basic landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).
- Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and minor repairs as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and proper procedures while handling tools and machinery.
- Assist in general labor tasks such as raking leaves, removing debris, and yard cleanups.
- Support team members with various duties as needed to complete projects efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- 2 years mowing experience.
- Experience operating front blade snow plow is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions year-round.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor.
- Basic knowledge of landscaping equipment and tools (training provided if needed).
- Mechanical knowledge to operate power tools safety and effectively.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
