Four Seasons is one of the premier landscape design, installation, and maintenance contractors in Northwest Arkansas. We are looking for an experienced lawn technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be motivated, dependable, and passionate about turf management.
Duties
- Safely apply lawn care products according to state regulations and company standards
- Diagnose and treat lawn issues such as weeds, pests, and diseases
- Operate spreaders, sprayers, and company vehicles
- Communicate treatment plans and recommendations to customers
- Maintain accurate service records and product usage logs
- Assist in the overall maintenance of lawns and landscapes as needed
- Assist with snow and ice management as needed
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to obtain Arkansas applicator agent license
- Prior experience in turf management
- Able to identify lawn weeds, pests, and diseases
- Able to thrive in a constantly changing work environment
- Strong communication skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
