Location: Bedford Park, IL
Hours: AM and PM Shifts Available
Compensation: $17.00 -$20.00 per hour (based on experience with commission opportunities available)

What You’ll Do
- Drive Solutions: Quickly identify customer needs and recommend the right service path, ensuring the customer feels confident in the process.
- Handle Escalated Calls: Take ownership of more complex situations, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve concerns effectively.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Communicate with professionalism, empathy, and clarity, leaving every customer with a positive impression.
- Be the Voice of Four Seasons: Represent a 50 year brand with expertise and pride, setting the standard for customer experience in multi-service home comfort industry.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in customer service with a strong record of reliability.
- Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive, professional, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
- Typing proficiency of at least 30 WPM with strong multitasking skills.
- Flexible availability, including overtime, weekends, and holidays when needed.
