Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 an hour based on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday - Morning Shift (Typically a 7:00 am to 3:00 pm)

We are seeking a versatile Maintenance Technician to support the repair, upkeep, and operation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in commercial buildings. The ideal candidate is hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable working across multiple trades. As part of our maintenance team, you’ll be instrumental in keeping building systems running reliably, responding to repair needs, and performing preventative maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in commercial buildings, ensuring all systems are operating efficiently.
• Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic tests on HVAC systems to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Perform general maintenance on electrical and plumbing systems to support overall building operations.
• Work closely with the facilities management team to ensure all systems comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate service records and document all repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used.
• Respond to emergency calls and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide exceptional customer service.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license throughout employment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with additional knowledge in electrical and plumbing systems.
• Strong background in commercial building systems maintenance and repair.
• Ability to work independently, as well as within a team, to solve problems and complete tasks effectively.
• Valid HVAC certification and relevant trade licenses.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service-oriented attitude.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and industry regulations.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience with large commercial HVAC systems.
• Electrical and plumbing certifications or licenses.
• Knowledge of building automation systems.
