Job Title: Condominium Maintenance Worker

Salary: $18 – $24 per hour (based on experience)
Job Summary
A condominium community in Brevard County, Florida is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker to perform routine minor maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the property’s buildings, equipment, and common areas. This position plays an important role in maintaining the safety, appearance, and functionality of the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine minor building maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Respond to maintenance requests from residents and management.
- Maintain common areas including hallways, elevators, parking areas, and recreational facilities.
- Replace lighting, repair doors, locks, windows, and drywall.
- Perform basic plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks, toilets, and faucets.
- Assist with HVAC maintenance including filter changes and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain building exterior including pressure washing and minor landscaping assistance.
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections.
- Assist with hurricane preparation and post-storm cleanup when necessary.
- Coordinate with outside contractors when specialized repairs are required.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance logs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools.
- Valid Florida driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors and outdoors in Florida weather conditions.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Preferred Certifications (not required)
- Prior condominium or HOA maintenance experience
- 1–3 years of general maintenance experience (condominium, apartment, hotel, or commercial building preferred).

Work Schedule
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM work schedule negotiable

Salary : $37,000 - $50,000
