Four Seasons Collision is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Autobody Technician to join our growing team. This position is seeking experienced technicians who are eager to learn and build hands-on skills in a professional collision repair environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Examine damaged vehicles and efficiently plan the repair process
- Perform high-quality repairs while maintaining on-time completion
- Communicate clearly with team members regarding vehicle repair status
- Make sound decisions on repair vs. replacement with safety, cost, and cycle time in mind
- Participate in all required safety meetings
- Direct and assist helpers when needed, explaining procedures and addressing questions
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience preferred: 3–5 years in a body shop as an Autobody Technician or Painter
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Certification in body repair
- Experience with manufacturer repair processes (quarter panel replacement, etc.)
- I-CAR welding certification preferred
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Solid understanding of vehicle diagnostics and proper repair techniques
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
