We are seeking an Auto Body Repairman to join our dynamic team. This role involves restoring vehicles to their original condition through expert repair techniques, ensuring customer satisfaction and vehicle safety. Duties
- Perform comprehensive auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and sheet metal work
- Utilize MIG welding, soldering, and welding techniques to restore vehicle structures
- Conduct auto painting using airless paint spraying and other finishing methods for a seamless appearance
- Replace and repair auto glass and perform detailing to ensure quality finish
- Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment for precise repairs and modifications
- Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as mechanical repairs, assembly, and auto restoration projects
- Evaluate vehicle damage estimates and communicate effectively with customers regarding repair processes
- Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times
Skills
- Proven dealership experience or extensive background in auto body repair is highly desirable
- Proficiency with MIG welding, welding, soldering, and sheet metal fabrication
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive systems and repairs
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and auto body repair equipment
- Experience with auto painting techniques including airless paint spraying
