This position primarily works Friday and Saturday shifts, including evenings and holidays as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and service standards.
- Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive guest experience.
- Verify guest age and ensure compliance with all alcohol service regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and replenishing inventory.
- Process guest orders accurately and handle cash, credit card, and room charge transactions.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with restaurant, kitchen, and hotel staff to ensure seamless guest service.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including inventory counts and cleaning procedures.
- Previous bartending experience, ideally in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and beverage service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Responsible alcohol service certification (or ability to obtain upon hire) preferred.
- Primarily Friday and Saturday evening shifts.
