MUST HAVE HOTEL FRONT DESK EXPERIENCE! CANDIDATES WITHOUT FRONT DESK EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Interaction:
- Greeting guests upon arrival and departure.
- Providing a positive and welcoming first impression.
- Answering guest inquiries and providing information about the hotel and local area.
- Addressing guest complaints and resolving issues effectively.
- Reservations and Check-in/Check-out:
- Managing reservations via phone, email, or online platforms.
- Checking guests in and out of their rooms.
- Assigning rooms and providing room keys.
- Financial Transactions:
- Processing payments for room charges and other hotel services.
- Balancing cash drawers and maintaining accurate records.
- General Support:
- Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
- Coordinating with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs
