Responsibilities

• Prepare banquet rooms by arranging tables, chairs, linens, tableware, and decorations according to event specifications.
• Set up buffet stations, beverage stations, and catering areas efficiently and neatly.
• Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism, friendliness, and promptness.
• Assist with bussing tables during events to maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure food safety standards are followed during food handling, serving, and cleaning processes.
• Support catering staff with food preparation tasks as needed to ensure timely service.
• Collaborate with event coordinators and kitchen staff to deliver seamless guest experiences from start to finish.

Experience

• Prior experience in the food industry or hospitality environment is highly preferred.
• Culinary or banquet experience is a strong plus, demonstrating familiarity with food presentation and service standards.
• Proven ability in guest services or guest relations roles, showcasing excellent customer service skills.
• Experience with food handling, food safety protocols, and food preparation techniques.
• Previous restaurant or hotel experience that highlights adaptability in fast-paced settings.
• Knowledge of catering operations or coffee service is advantageous but not required.
