FULL TIME VETERINARY RECEPTIONIST POSITION
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments, invoicing, general clerical work, light cleaning duties
- Significant amount of client education and interaction
- Computer and technology skills are critical to position
REQUIREMENTS
- Looking for pleasant, outgoing, professional individual who desires longer term employment opportunity
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Must be available M-F (off all weekends and major holidays); between the hours of 7am and 7pm (see website for hours of operation)
- Approximately 35 – 38 hours per week; either (5) 8 hour days or (4) 10 hours days
- Proven record of excellent attendance and punctuality
- Salary dependent upon prior veterinary experience
