A new restaurant is opening soon in South Kona, and we're looking for prep cooks to help build the foundation of everything we serve. From sauces to sides to mise en place, you'll be a key part of keeping our kitchen running smooth and our food on point.
If you're detail-oriented, dependable, and take pride in doing things right, we want you on the team.

Some kitchen or prep experience (or a strong willingness to learn)
Good knife skills and attention to detail
