South Kona's newest kitchen is firing up — and we want you on the line.
SoKo Kitchen & Cocktails is opening soon, and we're building a kitchen team that takes pride in every plate. We've got an exciting menu and a brand-new space, and we're looking for line cooks who bring skill, speed, and consistency to the line every shift. If you love the energy of a busy kitchen and take pride in your craft, this is your spot.
What we're looking for:
- Line cooking experience and solid kitchen fundamentals
- Someone who can hold a station, work clean, and stay consistent in the rush
- Speed, focus, and good communication with the rest of the team
- A strong work ethic and pride in putting out great food
- Reliable, team-oriented, and excited to help open something new
