Adult Case Manager – Position consists of working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness and aiding these patients in accessing needed community resources. Involves flexible hours and travel within the county and surrounding area (agency will reimburse for mileage).
Bachelor’s degree, four years of experience in the field of human services or a combination of the two to the equivalent of four years is required. Demonstrated familiarity with major forms of mental illness including characteristics of severely and persistently mentally ill adults preferred.
Hourly position: starting wage is $50,000/year – $24.04/hour
