The Role
The Intake & Outreach Specialist owns the top of the client funnel—managing inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and converting them into scheduled consultations.
This is a high-accountability, performance-driven role. Success is measured by responsiveness, qualification accuracy, and scheduled & held appointments—not activity alone.
You will fully own the pipeline from initial inquiry through scheduled consultation—ensuring no qualified lead is lost due to delay, disorganization, or lack of follow-through.
