AM Food Runner
Reports to: Director of Food & Beverage
Salary: $15 an hour, plus tips
Fouquet’s New York is looking for a motivated AM Food Runner to support the breakfast and lunch service periods. This position ensures the food is delivered in a timely manner and in accordance with Fouquet’s service standards.
Responsibilities:
- Run food from the kitchen to the correct table and seat.
- Confirm dishes, modifiers, and allergies before delivery.
- Support servers with table maintenance, clearing, resetting, and guest needs.
- Keep service stations clean, stocked, and organized.
- Communicate clearly with kitchen, servers, and managers.
- Assist with opening duties, polishing, stocking, and setup.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Follow all health, safety, and service standards.
Requirements:
- Previous restaurant or hotel experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
- Ability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Team player with good communication skills
