Your Role: Service Electrician
Fountain Services, LLC (https://fountainelectric.com/) is seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual for the position of Residential Service Electrician. Fountain Services, LLC is an established industry leader in the electrical trade with offices in Spindale, Charlotte, Hickory, and Asheville, in North Carolina, and in Greenville, South Carolina. We serve customers and projects spread across the western, piedmont, and Metrolina regions of North Carolina, and the upstate of South Carolina.

Minimum Experience Requirements for Service Electrician
- 5 years of experience in residential electrical service work
- Strong background in troubleshooting and repairing residential electrical systems
- Experience working directly in occupied homes and with homeowners
Additional Requirements and/or Expectations for Service Electrician
- Applicants must possess High School diploma or GED.
- Applicants must pass a mandatory drug screen.

Position Overview for Service Electrician
Specific job duties/responsibilities include the following:
- Diagnose and repair electrical issues in residential homes
- Install, maintain, and upgrade residential electrical systems (panels, wiring, lighting, outlets, switches, etc.)
- Perform detailed troubleshooting and provide effective solutions
- Ability to handle service contracts, work orders, change orders, and billings
- Daily, weekly, and/or monthly reporting as requested by the department manager
- Deliver excellent customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment in customers’ homes
- Additional duties may be assigned from time to time by the department manager
