Responsibilities:
- Clean residential windows (interior and exterior)
- Use equipment such as squeegees, ladders, and water-fed pole systems
- Deliver streak-free, high-quality results
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and keeping job sites clean
- Communicate professionally with homeowners when needed
Requirements:
- Reliable and shows up on time
- Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders
- Physically able to work on your feet for several hours
- Strong attention to detail
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- No experience required — we will train
Compensation:
- $18–$22/hour depending on experience and performance
- Opportunity for raises based on quality and reliability
Schedule:
- Part-time / as-needed (flexible)
- Mostly weekdays, occasional weekends
- Advance notice provided when possible
