Closers wanted. Cash for every deal, on your schedule.
Foundry is a simple field tool for service pros and contractors. Jobs, clients, quotes and payments, all from a phone, in English and Spanish. We're launching our Cash Award Sales Program and looking for closers who want to be paid for results.
How it pays
• $200 to $300 cash per Pro deal. The more you close, the more each deal pays: $200 for deals 1 to 10, $250 for 11 to 15, $275 for 16 to 20, $300 for 21 to 25.
• Paid as they pay: your bonus is paid in thirds at day 30, 60 and 90, as the customer pays us.
• Fast start: your first 5 deals are paid in full at day 30.
• Annual deals are paid in full at day 30, plus a kicker.
• $500 bonus at your 15th deal and another $500 at your 25th.
• Once it's paid, it's yours. No clawbacks, ever.
• Bring another closer onto the team and earn on their deals too, paid by Foundry.
How it works
• Pure flex. Work 2 hours a day or 10. No quota, no retainer. 10 hours a week keeps you in the flow.
• Your strategy. Sell one pro at a time, work your own network, or open a channel: banks, accounting firms, realtors, trade schools and chambers that already know a room full of service pros.
• House leads from our ads and lead gen, plus paid training, Slack, Zoho CRM and sector presentations in English and Spanish.
• A path to a retained, full-time seat for the people who prove it.
Who we want
Closers between jobs. Founders building their own thing who need cash now. Bankers, insurance and payroll pros, and anyone who already talks to service pros and contractors. English and bilingual Spanish closers welcome. Fluent English is a must. U.S. market, work from anywhere.
We're brand new, and our first two closers get a guaranteed 5-10% of English-language house leads for their first 90 days.
