The Role
You'll take full ownership of field operations on large-scale ground-up high-rise developments, leading multiple Superintendents and site teams while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to the exceptional standards this contractor is renowned for.
You'll work alongside some of the industry's best Project Executives, Project Managers and Operations Leaders on projects that will genuinely shape the Miami skyline.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Extensive ground-up high-rise construction experience
- Proven success as a General Superintendent or Lead Superintendent
- Experience managing multiple field teams on complex commercial projects
- Strong leadership, scheduling and subcontractor management skills
- A passion for building exceptional projects while developing exceptional people
