About Us
Foundry Home Solutions is a growing, family-owned home improvement company specializing in bath and shower replacements, window replacements, and other home improvement services. We're looking for an organized, dependable Production Coordinator to join our team in Ramsey, Minnesota.
Position Overview
The Production Coordinator will work closely with our Production Manager to keep projects organized, installations scheduled, and customers informed throughout the production process.
We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, communicates well, and can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate installation schedules with customers and installation crews.
- Communicate with homeowners regarding scheduling, project updates, and next steps.
- Assist with ordering and tracking materials.
- Monitor project timelines and follow up on outstanding items.
- Maintain accurate customer and project records in our CRM.
- Coordinate with sales representatives and the production team to ensure smooth project handoffs.
- Help resolve scheduling conflicts and customer concerns.
- Assist the Production Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Ensure installation paperwork and project documentation are completed accurately.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Previous experience in construction, home improvement, installation scheduling, or office coordination is preferred.
- Experience with Builder Prime or similar CRM software is a plus.
